I build scalable e-invoicing products that connect regulation, technology and business — supporting enterprises across Europe with compliant, customer-centric invoicing solutions.
I've worked at the intersection of European tax law, ERP architecture and product strategy — leading e-invoicing programmes across Germany, France, the Benelux and the broader EU. From Peppol and XRechnung to France's PDP model and the upcoming ViDA reforms, I translate regulation into shipped product.

About
Not just a Product Manager.A translator between three worlds.
I bridge business, technology and regulation — translating complex legal mandates into scalable digital products that enterprises can actually deploy.
My work sits at the intersection of European tax law, ERP architecture and customer experience. I make sure compliance is not a blocker, but a built-in capability.
How the pieces connect — from ERP source systems through APIs and validation, into Peppol and tax-authority delivery.
My Approach
A repeatable path from regulation to production.
Every market is different, but the workflow that turns a mandate into a live product is the same. This is mine.

How I Work
Six disciplines, one product mind.
01
Regulatory Analysis
I analyse legislation and convert legal obligations into product requirements.
02
Solution Architecture
I design end-to-end invoicing processes covering ERP, validation, delivery channels and compliance.
03
Data Mapping
I define invoice field mappings, fallback logic, validation rules and business decisions.
04
Technical Delivery
I work closely with engineering teams to implement APIs, Peppol, SFTP, XML, UBL and XRechnung.
05
Customer Onboarding
I support enterprise customers through implementation, testing and go-live.
06
Product Ownership
I prioritise roadmaps, gather customer feedback and continuously improve the platform.
Selected Projects
Real mandates, shipped at scale.
Four end-to-end programmes spanning Germany, France, the Benelux and a cross-border data architecture — each one a working system, not a slide.

German XRechnung — End-to-End Customer Journey
Designed the full XRechnung customer journey for German B2B and B2G invoicing — from segmenting new vs. existing customers, to enabling setup at contractual level, to channel routing across company Portal, SFTP, Email and Peppol.
Translated two-party regulatory frameworks into scalable three-party business models
Customer segmentation: new, existing, with or without Electronic Billing setup
Develop portal as default channel
Master data collection via CRM (Peppol ID, Leitweg-ID, Buyer Ref, VAT)
Tiered fallbacks: Leitweg-ID for public sector, Peppol ID for B2B
Defined and implemented enhanced invoice data fields to support ERP integrations
French Public Sector E-Invoicing — ChorusPro & Chorus DT Integration
Designed the French public-sector e-invoicing delivery model by translating indirect regulatory obligations into compliant processes for invoice recipients.
UBL 2.1 conversion & EN16931 + business rules validation
Multi-channel routing into Public Administration (ChorusPro) & Accounting applications (ChorusDT)
Legally mandated interoperability, 10 years archiving, full metadata (SIRET, SIREN)

End-to-end onboarding and delivery journey for new B2B customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg — all invoices delivered via Peppol in UBL 2.0, with full validation and ERP-ready output.
Designed a five-stage implementation framework covering customer onboarding, master data collection, Peppol delivery, validation, ERP integration, and production go-live
Developed coupon-level data structures to support compliant e-reporting, automated reconciliation, and seamless ERP integration
Managed strategic relationships with Peppol Access Point providers and external technology partners to ensure reliable, compliant invoice delivery
Designed data sourcing and enrichment processes across internal and third-party systems to meet customer-specific invoicing, regulatory, and ERP integration requirements
Design and maintain end-to-end data mappings across 13+ electronic billing formats, including 4 daily billing formats, 5 invoicing formats, and 4 e-invoicing standards.
Define the population logic for every invoice field, identifying authoritative source systems, transformation rules, mandatory and optional attributes, and business validations
Design field-level mappings between internal billing platforms, ERP systems, third-party providers, and customer-specific integrations
Define business rules for derived fields, fallback logic, conditional mappings, and default values to ensure consistent invoice generation
Govern invoice master data including Buyer References, Purchase Order Numbers, Peppol IDs, VAT identifiers, GLNs, DUNS numbers, payment references, and reconciliation keys
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement mapping logic, XML generation, validation rules, and outbound delivery across multiple transmission channels
Maintain traceability between source systems, invoice fields, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific implementations
